Return and Refund Policy
At Florence Gibson, we believe in our products.
If your item is defective in any way due to materials or workmanship, we want to make it right!
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 90 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact us at Support@FlorenceGibson.shop. If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Free or promotional items must be returned with the original item for a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Please note that we do not pay for return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
